Marshwood High School serves the towns of Eliot and South Berwick, Maine which are rural and residential with small central business districts. The school is located approximately ten miles from Kittery, Maine, and Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and is part of a rapidly growing southern Maine. The total district population is approximately 13,000.
Marshwood High School is accredited by the New England Association of School and Colleges, Inc., and the Maine Department of Education, and offers a comprehensive program of studies for approximately 840 students in grades 9 through 12.
